Cut the potatoes and cover in Olive oil, salt, pepper, paprika, rosemary. Put in the air Fryer
Cut and fry the onions - High heat until softened then lower the heat to caramelise Put mayo or butter on the bread bap and push down into the pan
Form the mince into balls and get a pan very hot - put the mince in the pan and push down using baking paper. Then season (only 1 side should need seasoning as very thin)
Flip when you can see the ended cooked - put the cheese on and cover with lid or cover with other burger patty
