Ingredienti

• soy sauce2 cucch.
• corn starch3 cucch.
• 1/2 pounds flank steak (or strip, or sirloin pounded) thinly sliced against the grain1 pz
• canola oil0.25 tazza
• ginger (grated)1 cucch.
• garlic (minced)2 cucch.
• white sugar0.3333333333333333 tazza
• rice wine vinegar0.3333333333333333 tazza
• orange juice0.25 tazza
• orange zest (optional)2 cucch.
• Red pepper flakes to taste
• Back pepper to taste

Passaggi

   Add steak and soy sauce to ziplock bag and coat

   Add cornstarch to bag and coat thoroughly

   Heat oil medium/high heat

   Cook in batches until browned and a bit crispy (45 seconds -1 minute)

   Drain on paper towel covered plate

   Drain all but 1 tablespoon oil from pan

   Add garlic and ginger, cook for 30 seconds

   Add in sugar, vinegar, orange juice, zest and stir

   Add beef back in and stir

    Add red and black pepper to taste
