   Melt the chocolate

   Separate three eggs - add the yolks to the melted chocolate and mix

   Whisk the eggs whites until stiff

   Combine a little of the chocolate mix and the egg whites together

   Then add all the egg whites to the mixture

   Place in a tin and bake 30mins
